Can a user lose the ability to report others posts?

Can a user lose the ability to report others posts? I have wondered for a while that if one reports fradulently will they lose the ability to report and/or get banned? The reason why i bring this up is because i report posts quite often when i feel that a post needs to be checked by a moderator, but often times i feel as though the post goes unseen for an extended amount of time. (Mainly trolls/spammers on Flood late during PST)

You have that tool for a reason, and getting warned for using it a lot, but properly; would be poorly thought out. Don't worry, keep using it.[/quote] Thanks everyone for the fast replies. I'm glad to see that, I Just wish that Ninjas were faster at checking out threads on the flood. There can be some nasty stuff posted there everyone once in a while that i wish i hadn't seen. Also I've seen it take up to ten minutes to ban someone for posting links to inappropriate content. But I'm glad to see the system actually works. Good Day/Night everyone. They WILL get to what you report in-time, as I think they also get sent a link to the reported post in their PM's. Yes though, it is a good system. Much better than praying it gets noticed, lol.
