Read this/these quote(s) from a BUNGiE employee...

that appeared in the December 2004 issue of EGM (issue 185). He is talking about Halo 2's storyline... "Single player is by far the most important thing to us." he says. "It is the most important thing." then he says this: "We're trying to tell a good story here." says Parsons. "Giving away all the [story] or having people know what they'll play before it isn't interesting. [It's like] the Harry Potter books-they keep the story sacrosanct, making sure that everybody gets to have fun in that world at the same time." Pete Parsons said this. I'm not sure if he still works at BUNGiE but, if we were to ask him about Destiny would he have a similar answer?

 • I'm fairly sure Pete Parsons still works at Bungie, but if anything campaign will get about an equal amount of attention as multiplayer, multiplayer is a huge factor for most games now. EDIT: Although Destiny is supposed to have MMO elements, so multiplayer could see much more attention than single player. [Edited on 12.26.2012 3:17 PM PST]
