Anniversary Panel!
In this, the week celebrating the fifth anniversary of the release of Halo for Xbox, we asked a few of our media chums what they think about Halo, Halo 2 and Halo 3 – and what they’re most looking forward to in the next installment. Oh and tomorrow? Boxors will be Roxored.

i dont care what you guys do to Halo 3, you have made the game and it doesn't matter what we say. just dont change the SWORD you bastards, i love that damn thing, and you need to be able to BLOCK attacks from other swords so that you can actually "swordfight".duh. just make the B button block.

Man! what i would do to answer those questions to bungie i would have so much to say i love when the game becomes a huge battlefeild of wraths and tons of enemies when your in a vehicle and all that i still remmebr in halo one when you get to drive the tank inside and kille verything that was freaking awesome....READ THAT BUNGIE...please lol

Boxors will be roxored?!? Sounds delicious. Hmmm, for Halo 3 I would have to say I'm relly really looking forward to the story and how it plays out. My favorite Halo 1 and Halo 2 moment? Hmmm....fighitng in the Mauseleum( how do ya spell that?) on the high charity level...the one where that cool rock music plays and the Brutes and Ultras are fighting..you kow what I'm talkin' about. "only the strongest will survive....."

Ide like to see custom weapon placement in Halo 3. Like if there was a Blood Gultch map there, all the weapons would be pistols, except for assult rifels at the bases. and custom armor damage and toggled damage effects. like you could go into battle with a brand spanking new Mark VI MAJLORN armor and have a toggle feature in the character setup where when he gets shot and killed if the armor pain gets scratched away and dented and damaged. that would ROCK!

You know, to be completely honest, I agree, pretty much, with everyone of those interviewies opinions and perspectives. Of course not in my favourite moments, obviously those are different. Buy I found myself nodding and agreeing with(especially) Shoe's ideas and his perspectives(Shoe is Daniel Hsu for anyone who didn't know). P.S- Good article, I don't know what I'm doing for the anniversary. Probably reading 1UP's article on the special announcement(Now I think more about this, I'm getting tremendously excited) and Bungie, I couldn't agree with you more on your opinions of Gears of War, that game was amazing. Which is to get some maps where the vehicles rule and no cheap Rocket Launchers to make them go away before anyone has a chance to have any fun. In the post game lobby, I calmly stated, "Someone requested a miracle." Silence was the response. [b]Who's your favorite Halo character, and why? [/b] Gravemind. It's a philosophical thing. im gasping for air... i cant wait.. but there is one problem in h2 the elites look like me 'they cant fight and there skinny as a bone aka they look like me for goodness sake.. they need to bring back the same stance as the elites in h1 but with the same hud in h2... and one thing i would love for them to add in halo 3 is.. a button.. that calls for air support aka pelican or the long sword.. with this little thingo with 2 buttons call a "pelican for more marines and b "long sword" for realy big ugly looking machines that are just so damb big and ugly you dont want to attack them becuase they will kill you and becuase you wouldnt do much to them becuse there 2 timez bigger then a scarab... so yay for halo 3 i better chage my boxers again :P my gametag is :vampire553 im never online a: my tv in my room is broken and also my xbl has run out i gotta pay it again... Well im pretty disappointed that ive read so many articles about what people would want on HALO 3 and what was wrong with HALO 2 and all this other junk.But to me i think one problem we had with halo 2 and hoping that it wont happend in halo 3 is that,if your playing a ranked game or any matchmaking type,if someone has certain amount of betrayls in a game or suicides then that they should automatically be booted out. To bad if someone accidently killed there own teammate about three times,or suicided themselves with a granade or jump over a cliff and fell to your death.if some one had any kind of betrayl or suicides, then by the 4th or 5th one they get booted AUTOMATICALLY. They should be booted out then that, And would make all the fair players,who enjoy playing BUNGIES SUPER KOOL HALO GAMES,very, very, (HAPPY). LIKE ME (DISTROYER101)ON-LINE GAMERTAG. AND im sure peole who play fairly would love this.(MUCH LOVE TO THE MAKERS OF HALO 3,WHO WILL MAKE THE GAME THAT WILL NEVER GET ME OFF MY COUCH)

Oh, I know what it is! All Marketplace content hits at 2am. I am betting that it is either an Xbox Live Arcade title such as Marathon, or Abuse, or it is a Halo 3 Multiplayer Demo and/or Video. The demo is unlikely though I would probably pee more then just a little in my boxors if it is. I would be totally cool with some multiplayer footage vids though, I could watch them with my controller in my hands and play pretend. :-)

I think it would be cool, probably not in matchmaking but in customs, to have the option to place NPCs on the map: Elites, Hunters, Grunts, etc. Sort of like the Ewoks or Tusken raiders in Star Wars Battlefront. It would be cool to watch out for them as well as your opponents.
