Edited: 1/11/2013 6:14:13 PM PermalinkThat was merely a boss setting. For him to be a boss, he'd have to have at least a formal introduction (typically through a cutscene). He's just a Zealot with faster melees and weapon switching capability.

We are aware of and actively investigating issues that are preventing a portion of our player base from signing in to Destiny.
Thinking about it Since there's only one in the entire game, at the end (he comes just before the MAC gun part), and he's backed up by a trio of Zealots and an Engineer He's kinda like the Heretic Leader in Halo 2
