New locking?
Just saw a thread locked and actually [u]moved[/u] by some strange ninja's magicks.
Are all locked threads going to be dealt with like that or only when there is no ambiguity as to where a thread should belong?

We rarely move threads. Part of the reason is because the move function doesn't always behave as it should, which is evident if you follow that link.
