  • Since I'm Greek and I live in Southern California, no one I know eats lamb meat, I love it and will continue to love it. Now, most people I have met always suggest Taco de langue, which is tongue, mostly from cow. I want to try it, but I am a bit skeptical.

What about brains? Imagine eating a brain

Not bad all around, brain and intestines were made into a soup(which was amazing) and we put the lamb on a spit. The eyeball, was rather interesting. Won't go into details, but it was better than expected.
