LTTP: Just saw The Dark Knight Rises for the first time...
Man tears were shed at the ending when Alfred was crying.
I didn't get the chance to see it at the movies at the start of the year, so I had to wait months until it was available on Blu-ray. Somehow I remained spoiler free, and I'm glad I did.
Such an awesome movie. I don't think the final scene was needed, but it gave some closure I guess (Final scene being the scene where it was shown that Bruce was alive).
What did you think of The Dark Knight Rises?

Loved the film and I cannot wait for Batman to appear in Justice League. If that film is going to be anything like the Avengers then it should be good.

Not as good as The Dark Knight, but that was always pretty clear. Excellent movie nevertheless.

I loved the dialogue and performances in TDKR, some of it made me awe and some of it was completely cheesy, but in a necessary way. Fun to just rip those scenes apart and make jokes out of them. The whole flick is so quotable, I don't mean it as a bad thing. I love it. I also think Bane was pretty much what made the movie for me and probably the reason that made me buy it again on blu-ray.

Even though I loved Heath in that movie. Also, the scene where the Batman comes back after 8 years in TDKR made me jizz in my popcorn. Both times I saw it.

Brilliant film. Though I loved The Joker's charectar more then Bane's. But! Bane's story was full of depth, atleast for me.

The movie was excellent in every way, except some minor issues I had. It just failed to find the special something that Heath Ledger bought in with the Joker I guess.

It was great! One thing bugged me though. Bane broke his spine and then the guy had to realign it by punching his back. He punched it the way it was broken...

I found the Limited Edition Blu Ray Batman collection in my kithcen yesterday. Sucks that I can't open it till Christmas..

Now's not the time for partying. That comes later. I refuse to compare The Dark Knight with The Dark Knight Rises. They are brilliant in their own different ways.

Too many plot holes for my taste, it was alright though.
