For best results in downloading the Destiny Beta to your Xbox One, don't launch the game until the download is complete. The Destiny Beta FAQ has been updated with info on how to troubleshoot your Xbox One download (scroll down). http://www.bungie.net/en/View/Bungie/DestinyBetaFAQ If encountering Party Stabilization errors on Xbox One: try turning off your console, fully unplugging, then plugging in and trying again.

None of the leaked concept art is "Fake" They were just not created by Bungie themselves. They are just pieces of artwork for what seems to be the very start of a marketing campaign. The ones that were not created by bungie were just created by a marketing entity that was working with Bungie/Activision. They are still "Destiny" artwork, and therefor are representative of the game's artistic style, character design, environment, etc. For Example: The picture that's clearly re-used from some tiberium game has a head that was replaced. This new helmet thingy is the part of the picture that's directly representative of Destiny.
