Because I sure haven't. The vegan girls always have no butts either.

You can't really get buff without eating protein. The vegan bodybuilders are a lot smaller and put much more work into building muscle than traditional body builders.
-
My brother is the only fit vegan I've ever seen.
-
I can get protein without eating meat.
-
My old teacher was a vegan and a ripped mma trainer. He had to pound protein shakes to do it though.

-
Yeah. I live in Manhattan though, so there's definitely a greater emphasis on personal image. One of my pledge brothers is vegetarian (shameful, haha) but he's got cannons for biceps.
-
I've never met a vegetarian that didn't look like they were dying.
-
OP actually has a point, most vegans that I've seen are rather skinny.
Posted by: Noshotskill OP actually has a point, most vegans that I've seen are rather skinny.
Because (in my opinion) many do it as a lifestyle thing or as an 'image' choice or something to do with their conscience and ignore how to live a legitimately nutritious yet meatless lifestyle.
Vegan sources of protein are terrible compared to protein from animal meat. Yeah you could eat protein shakes but that's not vegan. I understand being vegetarian for health purposes but if you're doing it to save animals then that makes no sense because you still drink milk.

That's cuz they don't know how to eat the right way. XD

All the vegans I've seen looked like they were on meth. [Edited on 11.19.2012 3:16 PM PST]
