Oops, years HAHA.
Yeah I feel like this forum (at least the Flood) is a lot more feminine now, talking about My Little Pony and stuff like that.

...I think you meant to post this in the flood? OT: I don't think it has [Edited on 11.18.2012 12:35 PM PST]

More people are caring less about which forum they post in.
Posted by: GPK Ethan ...I think you meant to post this in the flood?
No I mean the community in general
-
I don't think it has changed too much. People leave, people join, but the community as a whole doesn't change too much. I suppose it's a little more mature now that Bungie is no longer managing Halo, but that's really only evident in the flood and the Halo forums. The community is pretty consistent.

I've only been here two years, so I really haven't noticed a big change.
-
What I've noticed lately is that any discussion in the Flood can turn into a hair trigger assault on other members over the dumbest thing.

Hasn't

Over the yars I think the community has adapted to popularly posted content, and the range of threads have had to change for that reason, so we have begun talking about incredibly specific things that you will recognize over the years.
-
I think it has gotten slower in the general forums and faster in the game forums.... Before Bungie wen't dark. I think our new user are a different type of user as most if us came in the halo days thee New one that are coming now have yet to experience the true potential in being apart of the community.
-
It's gotten a lot smaller and there are fewer rage threads about how Halo 3 is the spawn of the devil. Now it's about Halo 4, so I guess not too much has changed.
-
Alright OP.... OT: I'd say there are a ton of new faces that have taken to this community and have become well known as of recently. It's an interesting dynamic to see how new users can rise to the top if they do certain things.
-
Not that I've noticed.

It's stayed pretty much the same. Only thing that's changed are the names.

It hasn't really changed much in my opinion, just I recognise more people now.

Old people left then new people joined. That's about it.
