Why is the bungie video rendering system not working?
I have been trying for days and it still is not working, does it just never work?

Bungie doesn't control Halo any more, since August of 2011 343 Industries has been in charge of Halo. When they took over they did not reinstae video rendering, the ability to change your name plate, or the Reach API. Those are all three things you can't do any more. If y'all want current information from the current developer of Halo, you need to go to halo.xbox.com
