I suck at real time strategy games
i don't know how to micromanage and i'm crap at it plus i'm slow on a pc, can anyone give me some tips to enjoy playing them, the rts i mainly play is warcraft 3 so if theres anyone who plays that then give me some tips becuase most players on battle.net are just plain unhelpful.

thats the reason why i don't do pc gaming, so many bloody keys to remember, the instruction book mentions nothing on hotkeys it's as if all pc game manuals include are system requirements and installation tuts.

Go to Options, then controls or Hotkeys and tailor them to your personal preference

Just keep it simple I.e: barracks-b stable-s and so on.

I can beat almost any A.I in rtses....but when I go against real people....I just lose...instantly.

Personally I think there's too much RT and not enough S in the current RTS. Lots of strategy involved in being born a Korean with an APM so high you could lick the clouds. [Edited on 10.03.2012 12:28 PM PDT]

Your not playing really a "strategy game" so to speak when you play Warcraft 3 or Starcraft. I play more complex ones, like Wargame: European Escalation, Men of War: Assault Squad. Those require strategy and thinking, those are more adrenaline based fast game play.
