The Imperial Transcending Empire is a Halo clan that is founded on The Covenant side of the series. The Imperial Transcending Empire is led by the divine High command, which is headed by an Imperial Admiral. Laws are a main priority in The Imperial Transcending Empire as well as diplomatic affairs. The military is led by commanding officers. Which handles the training of the military which is the base of our military society. You are judged according to your devotion to the clan.
