When is the Chapter Creation option going to be operational again?
Ive been waiting for awhile now and am wondering when the chapter creation option will become functional again, scince ive got my own plans of partial world domination I need a home base =p. Anyways, if someone knows, please tell me.

To clear things up, if you are desperate for a home web site, you can always set-up one at a website hosting site, it's not like this is the only place to have a clan website, you can create your own and then get it uploaded onto the internet by a web host. (But, the 7th Column Sites will always be better because its from Bungie, and all the stuff they make for us is the Best Ever!™) [Edited on 8/22/2004 11:51:38 PM]

I think it would be a wise decision [b]NOT[/b] to make it available again. Think about it. How many new users have joined bungie.net since the seventh collumn 'closed down'. and about 75% of the new users are going to want to make a chapter, with probably 70% of those being failures.

Hey, as long as I get my chapter, I'm fine. Technically, I should have my chapter already, but there was a "glitch" in the system that made my submission not go through correctly. Was there a glitch, or was Bungie just afraid that giving me a chapter, the "I like to do huge write-ups and go all-out" me, would be the straw that broke the Column's back?
