Crimson is currently only for the iPad, but the developers told me at PAX that they will "probably" be making it available for Android tablets soon. At least from what I saw, a port to smaller devices such as smartphones might be more difficult, as the game does require some "screen space" to play properly.

If encountering Party Stabilization errors on Xbox One: try turning off your console, fully unplugging, then plugging in and trying again.
