Rise of the Spartans (Reach Machinima)
Hey Gallery, I've been making machinimas for three-and-a-half years now, and finally I'm beginning my first massive series: Rise of the Spartans.

...Im drooling ....Incorporation of Fire Fight and Campaign is awesome ...im still yet to fit that in myself..but even from the trailer i can get the scope and scale of the story and the suspense present. =) Cant wait. [Edited on 07.10.2011 4:55 PM PDT]

Again. it would be really confusing with the ODST's too.[/quote] The Spartan's in Reach aren't cannon (Apart from everyone of them being to old for the Spartan III program, even if they weren't they would have been dead by the time of Reach anyway),neither is the ending of Reach, it doesn't match the 'Fall of Reach' book ( untill they re-wrote it ) In all the Halo novels it explains that Spartans knew who were who inspite of their exact same armour, that goes for Spartan II's and III's. They wouldn't be customizing their armour ! They're only like that in the campaign because Bungie wanted people to play campaign and multiplayer and look the same. [u]Spartan III's customizing their armour isn't cannon[/u] And I'd be able to tell the difference between the ODST's due to colour difference, not because one had a different armour piece.

Director HAS the right to alter it in any way, They Can make Hogs into Ferrari, Grunts into Children and Spartans into strippers , If a Director Sees a Spartan as a Super Soldier with a taste of personalized armor , then it is Canon whether YOU like it or not. You are entering some 1 else's Universe, Above all else, respect is your first priority. ]Sadly, Game canon overrides game canon. Believe what you want, but Reach is canon. It doesn't mean I don't hate the breaches any less than you though. Wouldn't it make sense though for a highly trained soldier who is specialized in a certain area should get to choose custom equipment? Also, Bungie wanted you to look the same in Multiplayer and Campaign so Reach can be about YOUR Spartan. another thing is that I do understand that they could tell who they all were under their armor, but I doubt it would be easy for a player to recognize multiple main characters solely based on their body language. Back on topic though, the ODST's did have a color difference though. I assume were talking about the ODST's in the beginning of the film though.

Make sure you have a dual core computer or higher though, I tried to use it on a single and the footage was all screwed up.

Like I said before I loved it, except the stuff over this, little summary of how [u]I[/u] think it was. + Voice acting is pretty badass, Great job there. + The body controls, everybody did their job well. + The story itself is just brilliant. + Camera angles and shooting are awesome feels like a [u]real[/u] and [u]good[/u] movie. - The armor mixing of the spartans. - ODST visor and colour. My rating 8/10, already have left a like and subscribed so there is not too much I can do now. Great Machinema!
