If i read it right you want it so that you can steal your opponents weapon right? That would ruin the classic confrontation of halo. what would be the point of carrying a shotgun to kill the sword guy if you can just steal it? The shotgun has lost its purpose of being superior to the sword for face to face battles. Plus button mashing in competitive games doesn't work very well. No games use it in multiplayer because it does not play an important role in fps games. For example, why bother risking a button mash session with someone who could beat you when you can just shoot, kill, and take the weapon. Its too much work. In fact a lot of rpg games don't button mashing for combat anymore either. Its hard to perfect, and its not an appealing technique to gamers. P.S. By the way, there's a spell check feature on this site, you should use it. It would really help people understand you

It took me half my day at work to read that update on my phone. But it was well worth it. I just wish the release date and my wedding weren't so close. I'm getting married on Sept 25 2010, So I'm going to be so busy with finishing wedding stuff I'll hardly have time to play, but I will find time because Halo is the second best thing next to my future wife( I think by law I have to say that?). Having read this update thoroughly, I have suddenly realized my folly. I was not aware of the question/answer session being inadvertently orchestrated behind these dirty Internet walls of secrecy. This is my own fault, and for it I am forever shamed. Despite my absence, however, I feel my single question regarding Forge 2.0/World may be one of the most important and most pressing matters to bring to the attention of the community. Dear Bungie, Will I finally be able to recreate Chiron TL34? Halo 3 had such a small amount of teleporters available for my glorious plans. Don't kill my puppies. Sincerely, Jeremy

And honestly, I don't think its a good idea- if you let someone with that type of weapon get close enough to you, you should die. But I have my opinion- he has his. Oh and the button mashing wouldnt work either it... the enemy wouldnt know what was going on until their gun was already stolen from them so that actually doesnt work any better than just pushing the button once and taking the weapon
