Is there a way to report members that creep you out by sending messages that have a link to another website and say they want to get to know you?!

I don't think that you can report them, but you can block them.

Unless it's a phishing link or something like that, all you can do is ignore it and block it.

Often times they are phishing links, and the phished accounts are used to send similar messages to more people. Achronos told me that I should just secure myself. They ban the accounts as much as they can, but they still make new accounts and flood the PM boxes. He just said the block button is the best resource I have, and that they do try to stop the Phishing and spam, but in the end, they just keep coming, and Bungie won't give up, but it's best just to be wise and not copy/paste their lazy links and block these accounts. And the What's an Achronos post was the best I've ever seen on the forums, and therefore got screenshotted. Seriously, that should be a new title for the homepage. I lol'd so freaking hard.

You can block them, and if you want to report them, send a Message to Achronos.
