I live in a city were there are no active chapters. There are a lot of halo players in my area and the creation of an active chapter would provide a community for those people to interact. I took this ideal opportunity to create a chapter for my area. My submission, however, has not been accepted. It has been a week since my submission. Has my submission been rejected or is Bungie just too busy? If my submission was rejected, why was it? There are no active chapters in my area, so it would make sense to create one. Any help would be much apprectiated.

Well the 7th Column doesn't get a much lovins' , but I do believe Bungie approves chapters about every week, Friday, I do believe was said above, is a good guess. Usually it doesn't take to long for one to be approved, but just be patient. If your Chapter isn't approved within a month, you might want to message a Bungie employee about it or resubmit.

I was just worried about the "items not imporved within past 72 hours have been rejected or timed out" thing on the submissions page.

Well, I submitted my chapter on the 13th. of the month, and it was just approved this Friday. I think the 7th. Column only gets updated regularly on Fridays, and only so many chapters are approved on those days. If your chapter doesn't get submitted in time, then you just have to wait until next week. At least, that's how I think it works. Just be patient. You are not forgotten.
