Rule Clarification.
As you may or may not know, Bungie's [url=http://www.bungie.net/help/code_of_conduct.aspx]Code of Conduct[/url] makes it clear that lumpy pudding is against the rules, but I'd like to know a little more about the enforcement of that rule.
For example, if I say the words "lumpy pudding," is that alone against the rules (in which case this thread is also against the rules)?
Or would I need to link to a picture of lumpy pudding to be breaking the rules?
Or is the rule simply prohibiting the sale or distribution of lumpy pudding through the website?
Also, if I break the rule of no lumpy pudding, how long will my ban last?

If I'm not mistaken, selling and or distributing anything through bungie.net is against the rules. So you can mark that one out.

You better hope saying it isn't against the rules, because if it is, you are looking at a long ban. :)

Under the rule, it is illegal to make non-lumpy pudding lumpy, distribute lumpy pudding, ingest lumpy pudding, or store more than 20 fl oz of lumpy pudding. You ban varies based on the ratio of lumps of pudding to non-lumpy pudding. [Edited on 07.15.2009 11:58 AM PDT]

You cannot import lumpy pudding into Bungie.net, and it is illegal to sell lumpy pudding to others, but I'm not sure it was expressly stated that it is illegal to posses lumpy pudding or give it away, free of charge.

Actually, through my legal analysis of the CoC, any selling, distributing, or consumption of, lumpy pudding, may and can result in immediate termination by professional ninjas. Even if the pudding is consumed/sold/distributed outside of the legally mandated borders of the Bungie Empire, the ninjas will still hunt you down and terminate you. [i]Instantly[/i]. If you see someone eating/consuming/distributing lumpy pudding, stand far back, as the methods of termination are somewhat... messy. As lumpy pudding is not a -blam!- word, then you can still use it according to your discretion. Advisement: Achronos needs to -blam!-this word, right now. Providing a picture of lumpy pudding is severely not advised. If you do post a picture, make sure it is only for educational use in order to best clarify the definition of what lumpy pudding is. Although the selling and/or distribution of lumpy pudding [i]outside[/i] of the legally mandated borders of Bungie will result in instant termination, distribution [i]inside [/i]will lead to... complications. Upon the commitment of such horrific and vile crimes, the person in question is instantly abducted and sent on a one way flight straight into an active volcano. Upon arrival, they are strapped onto a giant slingshot comprised of molten rock, from which they are then launched into the sun. Upon arrival into the sun, they are given rigorous reeducation, where upon after convincing the violator that lumpy pudding is vile, the violator is then taken outside and shot. If this isn't the punishment right now, it should be. And, as an answer to your last question, CAVX, your ban (should be) is permanent. The hot fiery depths of Banadu await you, o ye vile lumpy pudding!
