LOST-- HOW DID YOU LIKE THE FINALE
WOW who would have thought that the lil black kid. I didnt see that one coming until there was no one on the beach. And wow those crazy guys had a boat. Were do you think hey came from?
And whats up with the china guys watch? It must be specal
And Jack killed the monster. I think its a machine.
And the ##S whats going on there.

that, was very very interesting, first of all, the hatch was really creepy, second, what was with the number? and third, why did they take the kid? i mean, its not like sucsessfull kidnappers look for kids out in the middle of ocean..... man when does next season start? by the way death flamchu, great sig, that thing is so hillarious, i had it stuck in my head for a while after i saw it the first time. don't you guys understand??? those other guys in the boat were "the others" and they already said that they wanted to "take the boy" (they "whispered that to the french lady) and yes the "monster" was a machine. i think they did a pretty good job with the finale...with the whole scene on the plane.

These were the numbers that Hurley played to win the lottery, which also brought him extremely bad luck. The guy Hurley got the numbers from was in an insane asylum because he thought they were unlucky also. Danielle's group heard those numbers being transmitted and they followed them to the island. The numbers are also on the hatch (obviously). 23 isn't the [i]only[/i] important number, all of the above numbers are important. No, all the numbers sjow up, again and again and again. Flight 814. etc etc. 23 is an interesting on just because a lot of film makers work into films (especailly when they need a random time). And the time when Kate said "23?"? 9:23pm EST/PST, [i]8:[/i]23pm MST/CST. Wacky.

Whether it is actually a machine i think is still up in the air. the creators of the show are al about misdirection. We'll see. You can find them scattered amongst many of the flashbacks. Hugo just seems to be the one who confronted them dead on. As to what they are.... many theories. If you look at the chapters they corrispond to in Genesis, you get some interesting allusions (lots of father/son/murder/land in the sea/burial ground/cave/misdirection). But you can make any number mean just about anything. I do find it interesting that Chapters 15 & 16 are about Abram. LOST was created by J.J. Abrams. Interesting.

The monster is definitely not a machine. Didn't anyone else catch a glimpse of that weird cloud thing? It appeared when they were walking through the jungle, and when they threw the dynamite down the hole. It was like a dark smoky cloud that held together in one shape, then sucked itself away really fast. It was creepy. [Edited on 5/27/2005]
