Have you seen the project torlan? they are putting halo characters, maps, weapons, music,content and everything on Unreal tournament 2004!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bungie have endorsed the Halo2 pc project (Which insidently is a massive achievement so kudos to the guys behind Halo2 CE). And Project Torlan isn't money making it's just Halo designs on unreal engine. And I think forrunners.org is endorsed by Bungie also so nothing is being done that is either illegal or against the wishes of Bungie!
