Hey guys, just an update
Hello, Flood, former waster of my time.
As many of you know, a few months ago I was diagnosed with cholangiocarcinoma, which had already metastasized, or spread to my lymph nodes and other organs.
Just letting you all know that I'm still sticking with it, I just got back from Greece, to which I had been wanting to go my entire life. I got my gall bladder, part of my small intestine, bile ducts, and all the lymph nodes down there removed, and was in the hospital for three and a half weeks. The surgery took place in October. I've been on heavy medication, but it doesn't seem to be helping too much, I'm feeling pretty goddamn horrible.
Just letting y'all know, mods, foman, feel free to lock this. I don't really care.

Welcome back man I know you're gonna live through this I can feel it. Don't know why its just a feeling. By the way other feelings Ive had, my grandmother surviving breast cancer, the Red Sox beating the Yankees after being down 3-0, and George Mason making the elite 8 that one year. I'm a lucky guy and I feel like your luck is just about to turn around. Glad to hear back from you.

by feeling pretty goddamn horrible, does that mean you are feeling just as sick or are you still feeling the after effects of the surgery? Im guessing its the first one, but it doesn't hurt to ask. BTW, nice to hear from you again, your name pops up every once and a while and we spend the rest of the thread speculating whether you are still around.
