Not all maps are made for snipers, this map would be unbalanced with 1 or 2 snipers. A dmr in every base is a good idea but i would place some other weapons in it as well like a plasma repeater or a needler(or other midrange weapons) so you can chose wich weapon you like to use other than a assault rifle or a pistol. I think sniping in halo reach will be harder because you can't shoot 2 quick shots in the body. still the sniper is too powerfull on this map.
