I can beat this whole game with 3 weapons.

Pistol, Plasma Pistol, Shotgun. Game done in one afternoon on normal. Doesn't that bother people?

Anyways, I liked it better when we could instantly get into gameplay (CE, H2). First person cutscenes are just lame. They only worked in ODST because the human experience was new at the time. Reach tried to be like ODST when it could have shown Reach, instead of some team I've never heard about and never care for given their invincibility and incompetence. Bungie should have realized that we don't want friendly AI doing our work all the time in H3. Arbiter was a great partner and all but he's simply too effective and could be used [i]mightily[/i] (and by that, I mean slay every enemy in the area). Instead of making us do solo most of the time like in ODST, Bungie gave us nerfed teammates. Carter told me to drop the lone wolf stuff yet throughout the Reach campaign I had to do nearly everything. I like how H4 Promethean Knight's teleporting can be anticipated. Teleporting with a sticky is as annoying as Ranged Forms absorbing grenades and armor lock shedding grenades. I'm glad H4 is restoring 4 grenades for campaign. I'm also glad that Promethean Watchers can be killed causing them to drop the grenade. Yeah, running away is pretty annoying. They have tough shields. They should be in the front lines. Leave the spec ops stuff to the Spec Ops Elites, like the one at the beginning of Winter Contingency. Agreed. I turned on Thunderstorm so I could get Ultra Elites but Ultra Grunts just ruin the fun with their 2-3 headshot rule. Most of the Elites are territorial and ammo deficiency really makes this battle mind-numbingly slow. And you can forget about Legendary. A General, 4-5 Ranger Elites. It's too brutal. I found that it's better to just use Liberty (modding) to gather the AI and to move Jun. Yesterday, I had great fun with this task. The only hard part was finding the best coordinates. Giving them the ability to overcharge their plasma pistol could have been done in CE (in fact, some settings are already set) but it wasn't, because that was when Bungie had better people with them. Now it's all about difficulty.
