Is your total light level the only thing that levels you up?
I am confused, my warlock has 72 total light and is about 2/3s of the way to 26th level according to the yellow bar. A friend who's warlock is the same level with 67 total light but his yellow bar is 9/10 full.
What other factors go into you level above 20?

Edited by Xalon: 9/25/2014 2:46:58 PMI imagine your light level would be increased, based on several factors: Armor Weapons Skills Each one leveling your light by a certain percentage. weapons and skills help you get through strikes and raids so it only makes sense that they would impact your light level, though they don't have a modifier thats visible (bungie has a lot of invisible modifiers)
