For anybody to read that crosses this page.

This is what I send to all new members and it explains the ranking a little bit more. A couple things upfront you should know. I have a hierarchy map I try to keep up to date that consists of only the elite group which is everybody on this chat. We have over a hundred members and I don't want to over flood the chat groups here so I personally pick and choose those that get to join this elite group. Each person is ranked by how active they are and how much they are willing to help when I ask. We have Academy Student which is everybody in the clan that is not in the chat. Then we have Genin who make up the Fireteams. Then we have Chuunin that are the fireteam leaders. Then we have Jounin that are my personal right hand men that are over the fireteam leaders. We currently have 3 so far. Then there is me as Kage. We try to meet online when possible to play games and talk. Some of us, including me also use Skype and have Steam to play PC games. So far we have only done it once but we have clan quizzes where the winners fireteam gets to choose a price and the Jounin and I do a live broadcast via online to do announcements and promotions on weekends. My Skype name is Neverbackdown1875 so you can add me when ever. We are evolving and daily get ranked in the top 20 highest ranked clan in the world so far for Destiny. We have hit the third seat twice already. This is like my second job. I love it and have put a lot of time into putting everything together. The jounin are helping.
