I'm concerned about this clan declining into a state of apathy

I know that because Destiny does a horrible job of supporting clans it makes it difficult to have any sort of unity apart from raiding groups, but until Bungie pulls their head out of their collective asses and allows private matches in crucible, we need some sort of Grimguard leaderboard or competitive ladder system. This will foster community within our ranks and will also encourage making friends/rivals. Can the leadership please work on something resembling this? If we don't fight to keep this clan afloat, it'll dissolve. Maybe it already has. Hell, I was excited to buy t shirts to represent the squad in which I was placed. Never happened. I want to carry the Grimguard banner to the corners of Destiny and back. I don't want to look for a new clan, but if we can't build something here, then there is no reason to have those tags under our names. What other ideas do you have to make this clan stronger until Bungie gives us what should have been in the game since day 1?
