Hey Bungie.....Can I get a Free Cayde Cloak?
Anyone else see a certain streamer unbox a free Cayde cloak?
I'm no content creator, but I'm damn sure I've put more money into this game than he has, and so have millions of other players.

I always loved things like this. Like how at the Oscar's all the overpaid adult pretenders get heaps of free stuff most average humans couldn't afford on a year's salary. The richer you get, the more free stuff you receive. Irony and human stupidity at its finest.

The streamer / U-tuber was overwhelmed with thanks and praise for BHQ…for such a singular ‘award, in recognition of all the love and support’, said creature had given to the (density) community…🤮 FWIW: Apparently, the product was a limited run / 80 in all, if memory serves?! 🤔 What would have been better would to pick 7 lucky Guardians at random, and send them 1x each. 👈 Then 3x could be sent to three recent NLs who would be randomly drawn from that pool of players, and each receive 1x cloak each. ✅ The remaining 70x would go to a children’s hospital / hospice or local orphanage - maybe a split between all three!? 👍 …or something along those lines! 🫠 Just my 2d worth. Just saying.[/quote] No one cares Also ye the money you’ve put into the game is definitely equivalent to someone who has bought all expansions full price on launch and likely a few being collectors editions and who has brought 10s of thousands more eyes to the game which would cycle more people into playing it

4 RepliesYou all realize there is more to it then just spending money on the game & all that. Fortnite did the same thing with a lot of their content creators. Many games & franchises do the same thing. In support & appreciation. It's freaking wild how many of you are being so stupid & beyond petty about it. Also he didn't make a video to rub it in our faces. It was an amazing gift & surprise from bungie. Maybe work hard enough, grow a community & such & maybe you too could someday get something. But in the meantime get the hell over yourselves. You all are the same people expecting to be gifted stuff, subs, be carried in trials, raids or whatever else all for free.

2 RepliesPersonally, I have very little interest in streamers. Don’t know who many are and pay very little attention to them. However, with that said…….. It’s not just about how much that individual streamer spends. You need to consider that streamers promote the game, acting as a form of advertising media. This encourages many of their ‘fans’ to play the game, and spend money on it. In return companies like Bungie give them free stuff.
