Red Borders season of the wish not dropping
Not getting red borders from season of the wish activities. Not even receiving the weekly red border either.

I will second this. Not only do red borders not drop for season of the wish, I don't think they CAN drop at all. No guarantee weekly reset red border, no red borders from rolling. I've rolled for the rocket launcher 7-8 times and not a single red border. No red borders from the seasonal activities in weeks 2 and 3. Week 1 it worked as intended.
