Good evening I have a Razer Tartarus Pro that I have mapped "WASD" to the thumb stick. Well, the thumb stick has failed... Actually, this is the 4th one I've had to have the thumb stick fail, and 2 orbweavors... This is a known problem and the Razer community has been asking Razer for a solution, but none has been provided. *Enter open source community* The community has found a way to integrate an analog joystick into a teensy board and bypass the Razer thumb stick. This doesn't require any software, but the computer will see the analog as a separate device. With the world full of so many cheating devices and with keeping battle eye in mind, I don't want battle eye to see this analog stick as a cheating device. My question is, am I at risk of getting banned for using this modification to the Razer? If so, I'll just put on my dad face and give Razer yet again more money for another....
