i want to know how he did this, cause if he took the screen shot in the game he modded his guest to show up as "neighbor" ... if he took the photo and manipulated it on his computer that's tampering ... Shouldn't this get him banned. I thought we weren't allowed to have modded content? Especially when it's poorly done modding. Neighbor would have beat this kid blind-folded with one hand tied behind his back. It's a disgrace. Shame Shame you know your name!
