Well it has taken me a while, but I compiled a list for people who might like to locate some of the great fanfiction writen here on Bungie Forums. Please take time to enjoy their strong writing, and read some of the comments on the original posts, as they are interesting. For those wanting to learn more, or just hear some speculations about Halo, these stories are quite good. If there is any problem with the authors for putting this collection together, please inform me. Also, if there are other respected or good fanfictions that are not in this list that can be accessed without having to become a member of another group or forum, please inform me by posting here or send me a personal message!

Fanfiction.net
Lots of stories (over 750). It is a great site, but just too many stories to list. Try using the search bar to narrow down the searches to say "sci-fi" or "action/adventure" or "rated M" etc.

Halo.Bungie.org (HBO)
Over 200 pages of fanfics. It is a good place, but ithas a lot of unread, unedited, unreviewed work, way too many to manage. If you want to see just some random ideas or theories on Halo, this is the place to go. Most of the writers aren't great, but some are quite good.

Sorry to triple post, but a series of new chapters in sir_brilliant's, warthog_maniac's, and other stories have come out. I seriously encourage everyone to read and enjoy the hardwork these members have put into their fanfictions, and to persuade some influental people to get them to *cough* sticky *cough* this post.

Choiboy, I cannot imagine how much work it must have been (and still is) to compose a list of ALL the fanfics and keeping track of any new chapters and other updates.

Great list. I recommend going to fanfiction.net and looking throught the Halo section in games to find some more fanfics.

I did that. When I first started writing the list, I did that. Geez Louise. There are as of now...*opens new window and checks fanfiction.net* 798 Halo related stories at fanfictions.net

If you wanted to sift through that many stories, be my guest. I just don't have the time to find the good stories from the mediocre.

Sorry, but if I had the time I would, but for now I am sticking to bungie member-made fanfictions.

And there are a lot of stories on ff.net that aren't updated so.... I think there are about one hundred stories, that are still being edited and updated.

I hope that everyone will read my fanfic, The War Through a Solder's Eyes. It's a new one and it's a sidestory to Soulguard's story, If I Were Your Hero. Also, thanks for reading my story Choiboy and Thank you for making this trend.
