NOTE: If you want to turn on an effect, follow these directions!!!
Go to the effects you dont want, then spawn the run time minimum to its highest. The effects should appear. When they appear, erase them and the only one left, is the one you want!
Here are the locations of the effects:
Nova-Where the main Air-lift is
Pen and Ink-In the middle of the level,H pad
Old Timey-Where the Sniper Spawns in the real level
Color Blind-Where the sword spawns in the real level
Gloomy-Where all the weapons are on the unlimited budget level
Juicy-Where the shotgun spawns in the real level

Here are the rules about the Unlimited Budget map.
1) Do not delete the items when the map first starts, you know the items that spawn at the start of the game
2)The screen effects will respawn in 3 minutes, because it will be hard to forge if all the effects were turned on. If it respawns, just start new round again.
3)Do not mess with the run-time maximum with all the items, it will then screw up your map. YIKES!!!
4)Last but not least, DO NOT spawn any item to its limit and start to erase it when you dont need it. Even though if you erase the items, the number will increase next to the item, but the item wont no longer be used. IT WONT BE HIGHLIGHTED ANYMORE!!! :shock:
If you follow all these rules, you are safe. Remember, always remember. you dont want to end up like me! :(
