*~Lil McGee's Map Reviews~*
Map Page 5/5: Great screens and an adequate description make me want to give this a 5, but if you had a capture card a youtube video would be even better.
Effort 5/5: A month has been put into this map, enough said. It shows almost everywhere.
Execution 4/5: It's all right, but in some parts, I felt like you could have taken advantage of, i.e. the little holes in longest where you could have put a frag or two to give people who take the scenic or unseen way a small reward. (Note: Not so large a reward that it's game breaking however, I have seen many a map where the map creator or an experienced map players always wins.
Gameplay 4/5: The map goes back to the classic Halo I style of gameplay that we all know and love, but because it's so big unless you have a big party 6 or more, it's going to get boring fast. Many people including myself have a bare friend's list (32 people, most play COD4), so the map isn't as appealing.
Aesthetics/Coolness 5/5: This is the first map I had to add the 'coolness' factor. In one part of the reviewing stage I just said wow, he didn't have to do that (i.e. 'the beacon' or 'Stonehenge'), but he did it anyway and it paid off.
Innovation 4/5: This scores here again, because it hails to the old style of playing and has a distinct way to play each area.
Overall 4.5/5: It's a great map, not revolutionary like Gradient or Gulf Chronicle, but fun and great. Just WOW!
Comments: I found it hard finding 'Fallback', maybe put a sign indicating it's location, because it's important in getting into the 'BoomRoom' and controlling the rockets.
