Subject: ..:: Midship V2!! - Updated from my original Midship - 2500+ DLs!!::..

"Spartan Clone Training Complex"
Chiron TL37

I updated my map, fixing various problem areas and giving it more of a midship feel overall. I hope you guys like the updated version as much as you enjoyed the first one.

Areas I fixed:

Deleted the out of map spawns!
Raised the Bridge
Blocked off a 'out of map' spot
Changed bottom floor scenery
Raised bar to allow easier jump to top of pink tower
Added a diagonal piece to help prevent getting stuck in lift
Added cover to top of Carbine

I also tweaked spawning just a little bit. I hope you guys like it!

awesome map man. best one yet. i tweaked it a little though, just for myself. i put to grav lifts on the sides of shotgun like the original lockout.
instead of having a grav lift to get to pink 3 i just put 3 barrels to help get up. also, im not too worried about people trying to jump on that "thing" hangin in the air, so i got rid of that grav lift, which gave me ability to add one of the shotgun grav lifts

I liked the old one better. i dont know why, but it looks more like midship with the 3 man cannons on the floor. but this one fixed some issues. good job!

There are a few issues I see after walking around your map for a couple minutes.

1. There is no cover on either side of the bases so that the people controlling the top can't have as much control. There needs to be more cover when moving around the outside edges of the map.
2. In H2, we were able to enter through the front window without going to the top bridge. I'm speaking of the cover that should protrude from either side of the bases that can be jumped on to enter through the front window.
3. I can not make the jump from the bridge at pink 2 to either side ramp leading up to pink two. This is a crucial jump that needs to be incorporated because it really changes a lot of situations dealing with a key point on the map.

I hope you got the idea of what I'm talking about. Nice work though. I know how much time this must take.

A little picky thing, but I would prefer the floor of the bases to be smoother so that nades don't bounce back in my face when they get stuck or hit the protrusions that are there now.

Has kinda the same feel as middy but really wasnt to propotionate to the original.

alright man i really like you remake...it is really well done and pretty sweet..the only thing i found out is that i can get out of the actually miship map...you end up in the rest of the level that you tried to block off...it was pretty simple to do and you can probably do it with a double jump off of someone else...i did it with a fusion coil...i put the vid of how i did it in my fileshare..its in slot 5...here is the link http://www.bungie.net/stats/Halo3/FileShare.aspx?gamertag=Sha dowBoxJr i am not hating on this map..i really think you did a good job..i just figured i would show you what i found

Halo 3 multiplayer is frustrating.

Pretty good man. The only thing is, is the ceiling for the 2 bases needs to bo higher. If you can.

I believe that my version is the most geometrically accurate version to date.
