Subject: Please take a look at these cheaters.

Gamertag: CaptainMayhem88

Last night me and my buds were playing neutral bomb, for awhile neither team was getting far, the score was tied at zero then all of a sudden the bomb disappeared and we couldn't figure out where it went. Then the "lag" started my team would die or be injured from attacks even though no one was near them or shooting them, before long the bomb magically detonated in our base but the other team was winning not 1-0 but 2-0. They eventually went on to win 3-0. Please download this and watch this video, hopefully if this gets enough hits Bungie will become aware of this vid and watch it for themselves.

unbelievable, -blam!- cheaters deserve the banhammer, going through walls and what not, killing without even shooting their guns or melee, scoring without the bomb WTF?! Just a bunch of pathetic losers who have to cheat win obviously

Yes we all hate cheaters and its understandable because they suck at the game so they cheat to win.But there is a couple of things that could also be the factor in this game.Anytime I used to play 8v8 before I got my new internet I to would have these kinda games as well.Im not sure if it was cheating or just amazingly laggy Im undecided if they actually were modding.If anything they might have been standbyeing but to me it just looks like 90 % of my old games before the new internet.Maybe your right but Im still not positive in my opinion.It could go either way.I did notice they played fairly good teamwork by constantly having eachothers backs.Im going to review it again and switch to the other team and try to watch them that way.

Ya, i was watching the guy that somehow got the 2 detonations at once and the time that he died right before that he was stuck at "respawn in 10 seconds" then all of a sudden he was in your base looking like he was planting the bomb. shortly after you hear "bomb detonated". don't know what that means but that's what i observed.

Ok I retract my previous statement.I was just a victim of a cheater so I beleive that yours was to now.i thought it was alot to do with lag at first but my new internet never lags and just now in a lonewolfs game a guy cheated the first half the game.How can I upload this video to the forum so others can give their opinion an see if it was cheating or just lag?

I have this downloading to my 360 at home and will look at it when I get there. I will be happy to include myself in the group of "legit" player who will submit feeback and review against this type of JubJubery....Bungie should ban all modders and cheaters and set minimum bandwith lobbies in place to corral gamers by mimimum good connection.

I hope they get what they deserve.
Amof, this is not the only thing they do. I got matched up with one-shot killer ppl, that meant : 2 needles, 2 shots from the machine gun, face assassination (isn't assassination supposed to be from behind? ) 1 hit-kill ppl.
The funniest thing i couldn't register, was a match, having my companion with the newly spawn shield, and 2 opponents with the shield too, i mean.. wtf? I once shot at an opponent which was in front of me with the shotgun and hit him twice, and eventually he killed me.
First time i thought it could have been lag, but then this episode started to happen more frequenlty. And they even go like "You've been own, n00bz".
Loosers. Get a life if your cheating on these games

I hate cheaters, does sniping someone 4 times in the head and not killing him count as cheating or lag? Who can't they just play legit? Bungie should check up on some of the Generals to see if they are cheating. Some may be legit, but others...

I've noticed that the people i suspect of cheating, and they are very few, but they are not generals. They are the boosting guys (mostly) who get thier jollies off to playing underskilled beginners, and further thier lameness, by cheating to do so.

I'm glad this thread was taken seriously. Cheating does exist. And it drive me nuts when people say "they were not cheating, they are just better".
I'd give you that, if i was a person to say everyone who beats me is a cheater"
but i don't. But there are still those few times when someone comes along (like this) and the person(s) involved are just "too good" for thier own good.

I watched the whole thing...
Really, I'm not convinced that there was any foul play.
The 2 bomb scores thing, that CAN happen due to lag, I played a game once where we were killing and killing but it didn't give us any points, then all of a sudden our score boosted by 12. Some of the kills on you were quite unfortunate, and I think you have every right to be angry about them...but I really just think it was the lag, sorry. : (

Well I'm sorry you feel that way, I could understand a little lag but this lag was horrible my entire team was being stuck at the respawn in 5 seconds screen, we would be killed by people who were nowhere near us. The only time I've ever encountered lag like that is when I'm modded against, which so far has been twice probably would be more if I played Halo 3 more often but nonetheless I was modded against.
