i find several things wrong with this
1. Looks like that girl from Willy Wonka (the one that was turned into a blueberry)
2. I think thats its more of the blueberry girl, not Cortana.
3. Wouldnt people be considered an... illegal child viewer (the regular word is blammed) if they look at her?

First off, as far as cosplays go, that one's pretty good compared to normal "bad ones" (note: if they're doing it for the lulz, the cosplay is actually considered "good")

Not really, she's fully clothed to a point where the only bare skin is her face, and that's painted. Also, if you told me she was 18 I'd believe it, look at how tall she is.
