Also, can anyone answer this question for me? How do I add game/map variants to a forum, because I have some good ones (ex: Beach War on Last Resort)

All you gotta do bud is upload em to your fileshare, then go to your service record on bungie.net then underneath the map you want to send to the forum, there should be a link that says "Publish to Forums"...just click it and fill in the boxes and your done!!!
