The Bungie Day 2007 Theme and Bungie Day 2006 Picture Pack are no longer available on the Xbox 360 Marketplace. If you did not download them on July 7, 2007, you will not be able to do so ever again, unless decided otherwise in the future.
However, if you downloaded them, but an error occurred such as a corrupt file or the content was accidentally deleted, there is still hope. In order to access the content you must sign into the account you originally downloaded it with and then select account management. Once there, attempt to view your download history in which the theme and picture pack content should be located and available to re-download.
On the behalf of Bungie Studios and Bungie.net, I hope all of you enjoyed a Happy Bungie Day and all of the goodies that were offered. If you missed out on the content, make sure to check out the special wallpaper and 3D images in the Bungie.net news article here. The content was released on the Xbox 360 marketplace on July 7, 2007 at 2:04 AM PDT and is scheduled to be removed from the marketplace on July 7, 2007 at 11:59 PM PDT.
The download content is free, but as for the requirements, you must have a Xbox 360 console with a memory storage device. The following instructions will tell you how to access the content and download it successfully.
1. Sign into Xbox Live from the Xbox 360 dashboard.
2. Go to the "marketplace" blade and select "Themes and Gamer Pictures."
3. Now select "New Arrivals" and scroll down until you see "Halo 3."
4. Select "Halo 3" and now you have two options.
5. You may select either the theme or picture pack to download.
6. After one is complete, select continue and download the other one.
7. You may then change your theme or gamer picture by accessing the Xbox 360 guide button.
As a note they are titled; Bungie Day 2007 Theme and Bungie Day 2007 Picture Pack. Post in this thread if you have any issues regarding the download content over Xbox Live and I will do my best to help you resolve your problem. You may also contact the Xbox Live Technical Support Team here.
