next week bottom players will go crazy with well,sunbracers and grapple melee nerf, yeah this week some nerfs make no sense (osteo and lament) but nerfing overperfoming guns is normal that's why they nerfed gl and rockets a little . div nerf will change nothing to the gun. Majority of the players don't understand how little the nerfs are that's why they are crying But yeah this forum ninja are terrible and ban random if a post get reported , and with that i will probably get banned for calling out forum ninjas

I do agree that things seem quite "fishy" when things like Divinity, Well of Radiance, and Lament get hit after streamers call it out, but some of the changes do feel "fair". The original adjustment to Divinity made sense with the growing power of other options, and especially now with Whisper being buffed up to immense power, having a 100% uptime on Whisper would trivialize almost anything. Other things like Lament on the other hand is a bit of a head scratcher to myself. Being honest here however, the only way to get Bungie to change their ways at this point is to just walk away from the game. They only ever revert bad decisions that affect the game when it hits them in their pocketbooks or player retention falls in the tank. Just look at the wild amount of QOL stuff they have pulled out with Into the Light and with the past Final Shape blogs. If you don't think they've done enough or don't like the direction the game is going (As with myself), then just quit playing. Don't buy anything else and wait for things to improve, or just move on. I have accepted the game is becoming something I no longer enjoy and thus I won't support it anymore, there are plenty of other titles out there to go and enjoy if you don't like where things are at/going.

Soooo true and this goes for abilities as well tbh. Less ability uptime is less fun. Less power is less fun. I get needing relative balance but let people have FUN in the videogame. Tbh just get rid of classes in general already so abilities can be looked at individually and not in association with a class because certain classes DEFINITELY somehow benefit FAR more than others in both damage and uptime lol

Bungie are doomed - they can’t help themselves- they built up all this goodwill only to flush it down the toilet with all these nerfs… I’m not playing this game anymore Bungie - stop listening to influencers and start listening to your community - otherwise look forward to your demise…which is well earned! Great game - horrible execution!

Pretty much any streamer/‘’content creator’, regardless of number of viewers or whether they had streamed destiny in years, could apply and were gifted a key to TFS for FREE. Think on that before doling over your $$$ preorder.

Sony may have something to say about it if the final shape fail to deliver.

They most certainly do listen to these top streamers/content creators for this game, they get invited to summits quite often to see things coming to the game in the future. Not too long ago one of them was banned for leaking stuff they had revealed at one of these summits which shows they look for feedback from these types of "players". The thing about streamers/content creators is its their job to play the game they don't play the game just for fun which skews their viewpoint on the game to be "watchable" rather than an enjoyable video game. Look at Saltagreppo's tweets about "balancing" the game like this game needs balancing when what its lacking is the fun factor of combat because when everything becomes too reliant on sitting back in cover or playing reserved it becomes incredibly boring and he wants to nerf DR in a loot based RPG game lmao. Twice now they have nerfed Divinity and their reasoning is beyond stupid or at best very dubious. First nerf was when they said "it wasn't an issue in the sandbox" but they nerfed it anyway and this second nerf was to deal with feathering but did nothing to solve that but instead they made the bubble take longer to appear which costs more ammo which again doesn't solve the issue they stated it just makes the weapon feel less enjoyable to use.

Absolutely correct. Watch, they will also bring back primary ammo bricks. I remember how incredibly ridiculous that was. A game built around guns you can’t shoot. The problem is that the people who run this company don’t play the game. They rely on streamers to tell them what to do. Streamers need people to watch their videos. Keeping the players off balance with increasing difficulty ensures their videos will have an audience. Imagine Ford motor company being run by someone who does not drive. “Carl…he’s not a car guy, he’s more of a bus and train guy, never had a drivers license.” Gets all his advice about cars from formula 1 drivers.

I nerfed my spending. Didn't pre-order, will wait to see how it actually plays before I part with any money for the Final Shape. It looks a little too ability focussed in the trailers.
