Missing outbreak perfect ornaments on eververse
The Patient Zero and Pandemic ornaments cannot be found on Eververse to purchase

The archive only gets updated every so often and doesn't contain a significant amount of things like Shells/Ships/Sparrows/Ornaments. You need to wait for them to include the Outbreak ornaments in a future update, if they ever do.
